Payment Options

For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, money orders, and most major credit cards. Payment is expected at the time services are performed. Feel free to contact our office if your treatment plan requires more comprehensive dental work and you want to discuss financial arrangements.

Dental Insurance

We are in-network with Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield Grid+/DeCare, Cigna, Delta Dental, Mutual of Omaha, United Concordia and the Dental Health Alliance (DHA) etc. We do accept all other PPO plans even if they are out-of-network. Feel free to call us at 847-949-7305 if you have any questions about your insurance and we will be glad to help. We do not accept Medicaid or DHMO at this moment.
